About Christine Shuster Khemis

A Top of the Table recipient, a 20 years’ Life and Qualifying Member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table, the Premier Association of Financial Professionals, Christine has more than 20 years’ experience working closely with the nation’s top employee benefit brokers, employers, and insurance companies to implement state-of-the-art benefits and enrollment technologies for their clients and employees. Christine graduated from Annie Wright Seminary in Tacoma, Washington, received her BA with Honors from Central Washington University, continued her post-graduate studies at the University of Washington in Educational and Organizational Psychology and subsequently completed her Masters of Business Administration/MBA. She became a nationally ranked Life, Health and Disability agent, specializing in Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits with Rookie of the Year achievements from Pacific Mutual.

Her subsequent 20 years as an executive in the medical industry, both domestically and internationally, provide her with a unique understanding of the needs of public and private sector business owners, executives, families and individuals as they prepare for the medical and financial security of their families and businesses in the global age. Christine also assists municipalities with LTC liabilities and risk management.

In addition to being one of the nation’s top long-term care specialists, formerly a Partner in the premier LTC firm in the U.S., ACSIA Partners, LLC, Christine now heads her own specialty firm, LTC Operations USA. A boutique firm serving the nation’s top employee benefits brokerages and large employer groups, LTC Operations USA provides next-level employee benefits enrollments and implementation technologies for their Executives, Boards of Directors and employees.

Christine is licensed in WA, AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NV, NC, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, WI and licensed by the State of WA and WA State Bar Association to offer CE and CLE accredited courses on the subject of Long Term Care. Elected to the MBA University Board of Governors, Christine also served on the Annie Wright School Board of Trustees. As a Certified Master Worksite Solutions Specialist, Christine regularly conducts seminars and group talks for employee benefit brokers, attorneys, financial planners, CPA’s, Boards of Directors, City Councils and conducts employee educational workshops for public and private sector employers throughout the U.S. Working closely with administrators of the WA Cares Act and insurers in 2021 Christine is currently pursuing working with other States’ OIC’s and legislatures to help them implement best practices from lessons learned in WA as they contemplate long term care initiatives for their states.
